• All restaurant information must be truthful and up-to-date
• You agree to our approval process before your menu becomes public

Menu Content

• You are responsible for all content you upload to your menu
• Menu items must be accurately described with correct pricing
• You must have rights to any images you upload
• Content must not be offensive, illegal, or misleading
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

QR Codes

• QR codes are provided for your restaurant's menu access
• You are responsible for displaying QR codes in your restaurant
• QR codes are unique to your restaurant and should not be shared
• We reserve the right to regenerate QR codes if needed

Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to access other restaurants' menus without authorization
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Posting false or misleading information
• Attempting to hack or disrupt our services
• Impersonating other restaurants or users
• Using automated systems to access our platform

Payments and Fees

• Payment is required for restaurant approval
• Fees are non-refundable once services are rendered
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• All payments must be completed in full for approval

Account Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms
• You may delete your account at any time
• Termination may result in loss of menu data
• We will notify you of any account termination

Disclaimer

• Our platform is provided "as is" without warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for any losses or damages
• You use our platform at your own risk

Intellectual Property

• All content on our platform is our property
• You may not copy or reproduce our platform without permission
• Your menu content remains your property
• We have the right to use your content for platform improvement
